The children of 3rd & 4th Classes took part in a hurling taster session today with Donegal coach Marty. Great fun was had by all!
The pupils of 4th Class have been busy this week! Today they planted sunflowers.
The school were delighted to be represented in the Féile Fichille Chess Tournament today in the Abbey Hotel in Donegal Town. All of our pupils represented the school excellently and had a great day out. Our thanks to Mr. McDermott for organising this.
It’s has become an annual tradition here at St. Naul’s to have our St. Patrick’s Day Parade on the school yard. Great fun was had by everyone – followed by some music and céilí dancing where they got to show their musical and dancing skills!
Our school quiz teams took part in the annual Credit Union Quiz on Monday 9th February at the Abbey Hotel. A great night was had by all!
Barry Doherty of the Flood Risk Management Department of the Office of Public Works came to the school today to show the children a fun Lego catchment model to explain flood relief strategies.
As part of Science week the pupils of 4th Class carried out various science experiments.
It’s always a great day in school on Halloween Dress Up Day. As always there was a great effort put in by all the pupils and some great costumes were on show – well done everyone!
4th Class made Halloween Spiders today using various ingredients- very tasty!
